Don’t really know how they hold up to CrossFit, but my No Bull trainers are awesome for basically everything I do except running for distance. Lightweight enough for hit but sturdy and flat for pushing weight on leg days. Their shoes are bulletproof. Expensive but they last quite a while.

Second the nobulls, I’ve had my high top trainers for a month and They are by far the best training shoe I’ve had.

It’s all personal preference but my favorite all around shoe for majority of the CrossFit workouts I do is the Nike Metcon. The newest ones are great. Same with the Nike Metcon Free. Frees are better for running but not good for rope climbs.

I also like Rebok Nano but they are pretty flat footed and aren’t ideal for running.

NoBulls are a terrible CrossFit shoe and the most expensive.

Stick with Nanos or Metcons.

I've had NoBulls, Nanos, and Metcons, and my favorite is still the Vivobarefoot Primus Lite

Metcons would be my 2nd recommendation if you don't want a minimalist shoe

Put the left shoe on your right foot and the right shoe on your left foot. I'd say that's the best "Crossfit" there is.

Not a cross fit guy, but wouldn't that be exactly what you'd want? Everything mentioned except the Vivo has a 4mm drop or more.

I’ve been looking to get some no bulls but I was wondering how they would hold up to a leg day workout. Thanks for this

Personal preference, but I love the Nano 2s or the Inov-8 F235s. The newer 235s are legit and it's what I've been wearing for the last 6-8 months or so.

It’s not multipurpose.

If you have anything that includes dynamic movement, your feet will hurt. It’s been basically the shame shoe with zero improvements since it was first released; aside from new colors or patterns.

I have one pair, the Wodapalooza themed shoes from 2020, and I hardly wear them.

I’m usually in my Nano 9s or 11s.

When I started crossfit 2 years ago I bought a pair of No Bull trainers and a pair of Inov8 230's. I'm on my 2nd pair of Inov8's and my no bulls stay in my closet. The Inov8s are much lighter and more comfortable to me
