re: If we can't stretch the field, you COULD freaking run Ingram - jdaute2
O line getting destroyed when we run. There's white jerseys everywhere in every gap. ...

re: 1 penalty all game huh? - jdaute2
Meh. Lsu had 5 penalties and 3 were false starts so there were only 3 true penalties during live action. We got away with some holds as well. They let them play which was nice. Lsu left to many plays on the field on offense and hurts burned us on a couple 3rd and long plays which was the difference....

re: Most physical pain you have had? - jdaute2
Ruptured appendix is number 1 for me. A distant second was a torn pec when I was 20. Still gives me some issues today. I feel like either a pussy or one lucky bastard after reading some of the stories in this thread. My God man. ????...

It's amazing how terrible - jdaute2
The Saints D is on 3rd and long every fricking year. And they're leaving guys wide open with nobody around them. What exactly are they coaching these players to do bc regardless of the personnel, it seems to be the same thing every season. Unbelievably frustrating. ...

It's within one yard of the LOS and almost simultaneous with the ball being thrown. Very difficult rule to officiate. ...

re: My Gym Just Got New Power Rowers - jdaute2
C2s are great. Setup takes 10 minutes or less and super sturdy. Best piece of fitness equipment I've purchased by far. Rowing is a killer workout especially if you do sprint splits for time. Will drain you quick. ...

re: Rejoice, rejoice ... Buyer pays $33 million for flood-damaged St. Jean Apartments - jdaute2
Went to school at st jean and remember my parents and others who lived in white oak landing being very pissed about them building these. When my youngest brother was at st jean, he said they would see some pretty crazy stuff from time to time and there was cops always going over there. It was and a...

re: When was the last COLD game in TS - jdaute2
That aTm game with mett a couple years ago was pretty damn cold especially for a day game. I think upper 40s to 50° and wet. Not very fun. The Troy comeback game a few years back was legit cold from what I remember. Not very many true cold games in BR as of recent though. ...

re: Cobra insurance vs waiting - jdaute2
Going through this now. Cobra is retroactive so if something was to occur, just have your paperwork ready and get someone to send it in. You have like 30 days from your loss of coverage to sign on with cobra and I think 60 or so days to pay it. Luckily I'm only going one month so I'm just gonna ch...

re: P90x - jdaute2
Original and P902 are great. Version 2 really incorporates balance into the workouts so your form has to be perfect and it forces you to use stabilizer muscles like crazy. ...

re: Fitness and aging. When did you give up certain things and why? - jdaute2
Stopped heavy bench after I tore my pec when I was 20. The strength never came back anyway and will still give me issues if I overdo it. I do lots of HIIT and cardio stuff now and lift moderately heavy for my size for legs. I really do not enjoy lifting heavy anyway and have come to grips that I'll...

re: Morning workout - jdaute2
Did it for quite a while until about 6 months ago. Never really got any easier and in the winter it was very shitty being as I have a gym setup in the garage and it takes a lot longer to get loose when it's 45° in there. Doing mostly evenings now and have the baby (10 months) chilling in there with...

re: Any beachbody program people here? - jdaute2
I mix asylum, insanity, body beast and a few things from P90x with some heavy bag work and sprint intervals a couple days a week. It works for me. I detest lifting heavy so I've had to come to grips with the fact that I won't get very big but it's enough resistance stuff to have a lean build. Asylu...

re: Most important numbers in fitness: Blood Pressure, Resting HR and Body Fat %.. - jdaute2
Anything under 15% is pretty healthy. Under 10 and you're most likely pretty ripped up. The body can't sustain under 5% I think for very long. ...

They fricking kick arse and aren't afraid of trying new things. The stage album is unreal but it takes a few times listening to it to fully appreciate what they're doing. Also, they are incredible live. ...

re: Leg Day Question (Knee pain) - jdaute2
Someone mentioned a knee sleeve. It's truly amazing how well these things work. I had some patella issues and got one and it was night and day. No pain, could do every lift and plyo with it on but without it there was no way. I think mine was a mueller (sp?) with a little gel pad around the knee ca...
