Neither of those building are 8 stories and it said the pool is on the second floor so if she fell from the top floor in that picture, it’s 5 stories. Around 50 feet. Still very high but a little more than half the height which was reported. I also do not understand how she went through a window. This is dumb. My parents (late 60s) just went in May only them 2 and had zero issues with anything. They would go walk in the mornings and walked almost 3 miles to Roland Garros (sp?) to watch the start of the French open
It’s like any other big city. Just get familiar with where you should and should not go. I can guarantee it’s no more dangerous than NOLA if you’re smart and pay attention.

Florida is not a disciplined team and has sloppy stretches. The swamp will be unhinged so that levels things a bit and they run the ball well which ole miss does not defend particularly well. Chambliss is a surgeon though and will find his spots without panicking. It seems like a sucker bet to take ole miss with the points but I think they cover and win. Chambliss is that good until proven otherwise.

Can and HAS. Twice. I’m not comfortable about this game at all. Our line is better than previous years and clogs up the run very well so I’m hoping it’s a little different this time. I’ll believe it when I see it though. QBs who were average and had awful games at times (Reed, Milroe) had career nights multiple times against Baker. Season could get very spicy for Lane if things go south tomorrow and we’re not even to October yet. First year, new roster, he gets somewhat of a pass but damn, that’s a lot of money spent and are people willing to keep spending? Time will tell. Love CFB regardless and there’s still plenty of good games to watch all year. I don’t have quite the same passion for my team as I did when I was younger and still enjoy the sport overall more than living and dying with my school. Guess that’s a part of aging, or the new NIL era where it’s just semi-pro ball anyway.

It’s surprising to me other conference schools and fans aren’t upset with Sankey in all of this. The guy completely botched the tv deal and went to a 9 game conference schedule. His level of pettiness in all of this when LSU hadn’t sued anybody and did not attempt to stop the meeting for a vote should be eye opening. If he’s willing to act this way with a charter member, when zero rules were broken, glaring issues were just brought to the forefront, you can bet your arse he’d do it to your program too in a heartbeat if his feelings got hurt. Dude needs to be shown his walking papers. Hes a lap dog with zero leadership skills and takes personal vendettas against coaches he dislikes. I wouldn’t want to see any charter member get kicked out. It hurts all of us.
