Have you looked into a trainer or treadmill that is zwift/trainingpeaks compatible? I live in the Sierras and for years have been in the "dress in 20 layers and go out for an hour" camp but looking back at last winter realized that my total time cycling was much decreased in the winter. I got a Tacx bike trainer and Zwift 2 months ago and it is a game-changer to say the least. You can put in 2-3 hour workouts without getting bored and track it on that app or on your Strava.

Best of luck to everyone.

For me, keep healthy, and continue to get fit and strong so I can join the Army.

My goals aren't very ambitious but I'll start with some simple but important ones

1. Quit smoking

2. Minimize alcohol intake

3. Minimize dining out

I'll have to come up with some realistic exercise goals to pair with these as well

2,500 miles combined running/cycling
Sub 19 5K
Sub 40 10K

My Spring racing season will be very light if at all, but hoping to knock these 2 race goals out in the Fall.

Hit 300 bench press after starting all over after losing 50 lbs and shoulder issues.

Finish summitting the 14ers in the Sawatch Range in Colorado. Only five left.

Begin the San Juan 14ers.

Finish the Southern Sixers

Consistently lift 100 lb dumbbells for more than five reps.

It all boils down to be more consistent working out. I want to hit at least three days a week most weeks. With my schedule it's pretty tough.

I’m thinking aesthetics this year.

Ran a marathon in 2018. Got back into lifting in 2019 and will probably hit the 2/3/4 plate club by July.

Goal is to continue focusing on strength until February and then cut until April. See where I can get to with my physique and adjust from there.

Currently cutting sugar out again after a disastrous Thanksgiving/Christmas season. Two days sober!

Got to say I am extremely proud of many of y'all but especially you hulk. You have out up with a lot of shite on this board and pushed through time and time again. You and deaf are two who I have seen use this board for the most good.

Not to take away from any of y'all as those 60 lbs weight losses are fricking amazing. Been there myself and it is not easy at all.

My goals for this year are

500lbs deadlift
400lbs squat
185lbs press
275lbs bench
20 unbroken deadhang chins
Villain challenge 1-4( frick rucking)

Al for 5 reps

Also as far as aesthetics
Get sub 10% bodyfat per dexa scan and stay sub 15% per dexa all year. Need to lose about 25lbs to meet initial goal.

To all of you

Hoping to do a NPC physique show in 2020. Think I’ve built enough size, its just going to be a rough 12-16 weeks or so when its time to cut

I have put up with a lot of shite but I also deserved it at times, looking back. I couldn't get out of my own way, and found excuses. I wasn't always honest with myself and it held me back badly.

I started this journey when I was 22 and am now 31. I have had a LOT of growing up since then and many on this board have seen most of it. This is why I tell people - I'm not special, if I can do it anyone can.

Have modest goals for 2020

Maintain my steady weight under 200. Right now I fluctuate from 206-210.

Get back to running regularly, which will fix 1st goal.

Been dealing with several knee, ankle & back injuries over the past 5 years. My goal this year will start with proper rehab, leg strength training, core training...then start running. Hoping to be back to 3 days a week by March, 5+ by June.

Too many times I try to just jump straight into running before proper rehab and strength training and have major setbacks.

I've reached what I would consider pretty damn strong on the main lifts in 2019. I want to maintain that and lean up a little bit. Switching to a 4 day split for main lifts and gonna throw in a couple HIT on the bike and a 3 mile run each week. About to get back being compliant on AVATAR Nutrition. I'm excited!

1. Improve Oly technique to increase lifts by 20%.
2. Consistency in DUs
3. Work on MUs
4. Improve cardio

That's about it.
