I thought it might be interesting to see what every had as their goals/resolutions for the new year. Putting them down may make for more motivation.
Mine is to climb at least 7500 meters (24,600 feet) every month on my bicycle this year. As a 6'7" guy, climbing has always been my Achilles heel, so this next year I am going to make it a priority. I am finishing up doing it for the month of December and plan on doing it every month no excuses.
Good luck to all of you in the new year!

25K Trail in April @ Screaming Monkey 100
50K Trail in November @ Big Dog Ultra
No set goal times at the moment. Since this is a new thing Im diving off into, it might be a "just finish" year.

On Jan 1, 2019, I was a certified fatass. At 6’2”, 330 lbs (30 yo) I set out to get below 300 and stay under. Currently sitting, as of this morning, at 273 (57 lbs lost). I played a full season of Rec basketball and softball for the first time in a decade.
Goals for 2020 may seem ridiculous to some of y’all experienced fitness fellas, but anyways here goes:
Run sub-10 min mile in a 5k/10k
Average 10/5/5 in hoops season
Put 5 over the wall in softball season
And for some more calculated goals:
400 lb dead (cw: 315)
300 lb squat (cw: 225)
225 lb bench (cw: 175)
Good luck to everyone this coming year.

220 pounds
That'll amount to ~35lb loss for the year.
Going to break it down into 4 12-week cycles where I strive for 1.25lb loss per week forn8 weeks then 4 weeks at maintenance.
I think this slow, methodical pace will help me manage my thyroid better. Typically after 8 seems my metabolism just nosedives and I start having to drop calories like crazy.
Anyway, 220 has been my goal for a long time. The fact that I can potentially hit that in 2020 is very motivating.
Edit:
Many, many autocorrect fixes

1.) Finish losing the weight. I lost 60 this year, would like to lost another 30 to get down to 185 or so.
2.) Achieve body weight equivalent squat, deadlift, and benchpress at minimum for each.
3.) Not relapse into obesity.

Honestly, just to develop a good, consistent workout routine and clean up my diet. It sounds simple or plain, but I’ve gotten away from it between work and grad school.
I’d like to get back into my personal practice of doing yoga everyday. I felt so much better when I did.

Training for a 15K in April. I'd like to lose an additional 10 lbs. I lost 20 lbs this year and 2 inches off my waist already this year. I'd like to get in a sub 21 min 5K.

Want to consistently bike and run more. I have to mainly bike and run indoors which gets boring to me, but I am going to make it a goal to do more this year. I get to bike alot during the winter which is nice, but with all the bears around biking and running outdoors is very limited from April - Nov.

Next year I want to join the 1000 lb club, and compete in my first powerlifting meet.
I am currently at 905, so I don't have much further to go. Just gotta keep my diet in check maximize each workout.

425 squat.
285 bench.
550 deadlift.
Maybe throw 300 lb per hand farmers walks in there.
That would be a ~20 lb increase over where I think I am now per lift.
