re: Bucked up - TheFitfulFire
I agree. Went through a phase for a bit when I had a two jobs day/night. Got up to 800-1000 mils a day but still felt like I was dragging ass. Cut myself way back again, and now the highest caffeine days are exercise days. I have taken a "stim-free" pre that still helped with focus. But even thos...

re: Bucked up - TheFitfulFire
Personal tolerance has to be assessed to know how "safe" it is for you. In general, yes it's safe. There are as many pre's now as blades of grass in an average yard, but Buck Up is on of the better known varieties. I find that pre helps me, especially with a moderately physical day job and workou...

re: Chef Gordan Ramsey in South LA on NatGeo - TheFitfulFire
Honestly, the "yelling bs" is played up for the US version of his shows. He's not half so loud or vitriolic really, he just has zero tolerance for people who oughta know better and whose mistakes could get people killed or sick. With the kid's cooling show he mentors/judges on, he's incredibly kind ...

re: Ram 1500 vs Ford F-150? - TheFitfulFire
Rent both for a couple days and give em a spin. I know enterprise has both in select trims/engine options. Local offices can usually work with you on pulling a certain one to rent. Having driven both, they are almost equal in my eyes, granted, I havent towed with either, just driven, ...

re: Isopure Infusions protein, anyone tried it? - TheFitfulFire
I've tried a few different flavors in the pre-mixed variety, and there was a weird, drying aftertaste that wasn't even vaguely pleasant. Coulda been it was just me, but the wife said the same thing, so I'm inclined to believe that whatever they're doing with flavors/protein isn't all that good in co...

re: Moral Highground Champions - TheFitfulFire
I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I can admit that too many people do have a double standard. The biggest issue here is that he was given chances because he plays ball well, and he STILL got kicked off that team. I feel awfully for him, for the team. But at the end of the day, he made a ch...

Right. Because organisations don't have the right to make their own rules that people need to abide by in order to be part of that organisation. It's pretty easy to not smoke. He knew the rules, and chose to break them. Breaks my heart, but that's life....
