GF and I ate dinner there last Saturday night, and I came away really unimpressed.

The layout of the place is cool. Our fries were actually very good and a loaded order of tots with pepperjack and green chili relish were also good, but the burgers were disappointing.

GF got the KGB (Praline Bacon, Fried Egg, Sharp Cheddar) and I got the Smokin Joe (Sharp Cheddar, Bacon, Fried Onion Strings, Smoke Sauce). I was hoping it would remind me of a Bud's Burger but it was just dry. Very little smoke sauce, a tiny amount of onion strings, and what was an over-cooked patty. GF said her's was okay but neither of us were very impressed.

I had heard all kinds of things when this place was a food truck and it was always received well.

Just a bad experience or has the product gone downhill?

I love curbside... one of the best burgers in town.

Been 3 times and it has been legit every time.

Great Sunday lunch with the band outside.

It is on government, and yes the burgers and patio are an awesome place to enjoy a beer and burger.

Government Street.

And it's one of the best burgers in town. Not inexpensive by any stretch of the imagination, but people continue to pay for it.

Fleming's burger is still the best in the city.

I love that place. It's within walking distance of our house. We go over probably every two weeks or so. My go-to is a classic with bacon and cheddar.

The patio area was really nice with live music, and the place was absolutely packed at 7:00 on a Saturday with an odd mix of students, older people, and 28-35 year old hipsters with man buns and leggings.

Overpass Merchant still has the best burger in my opinion. but looks like I need to give Curbside another try.

I do like Overpass Merchant's burger better. It's like a bigger version of one of the Curbside burgers.

Been twice and am not very impressed with the place. The first time was after a game so it was jam packed. The service was good and I was drunk so I cant comment too much on that visit.

Went a few days ago and got a cheeseburger. The meat is very underseasoned and lacks any kind of sear. The pepper jack cheese was pretty much liquid. If I told you it was a sauce, you would believe me with how watery it was. It made for an extremely sloppy sandwich.

The fries were great though.

With all the different ways you can get your burger prepared, Im surprised they dont have jalapenos as an option for a topping.

I was in the area so I went there but I just dont see myself driving that far for their burger. Chimes has a better burger and I live close to them.

Are they serving the alcoholic milkshakes yet?

Yes, I had one the first time I went there a few months ago. I'm not too crazy about milkshakes to begin with, but it was pretty good and stronger than I expected it to be.

I like Curbside, but for whatever reason, it isn't as good as when they had the truck. Still one of the best burgers in town, but the patties don't have that salty crust they used to have. They're pretty grey, which I guess is a product of high volume burgers. I haven't had an issue with dryness though. They're so juicy that they're almost buttery. I've had my same grey/underseasoning issues at Merchant. I've had one really good Merchant burger, but the rest had no sear or salt. Flemings is still #1 in BR.

I do trivia at Curbside on Wednesdays. Getting a salad tonight.

My only complaint about curbside is the burger could be a little bigger and actually cooked medium rare like I asked.

Good burger, but I do think the Curbside brand and ambiance of the place skews people's perception about their burgers.

This is my issue as well. The "fixings" on the burger are, for the most part, well thought out and well executed. But the burger itself was utterly unimpressive. With that said, if you generally order your burger well done anyway, then you'll probably love it.

I've been twice and found the meat to be dry and flavorless. It's a shame because the food truck was one of my favorite burger experiences.

Something's not adding up. Either the burger (meat) is greatest-ever or dried/overcooked/flavorless. Sounds like Nick needs to put an eye on the cooking line & see who is falling asleep at the flattop.

For the record I've been there twice and each time the burger (Brian and KGB) was indeed juicy and flavorful.
