Something's not adding up. Either the burger (meat) is greatest-ever or dried/overcooked/flavorless. Sounds like Nick needs to put an eye on the cooking line & see who is falling asleep at the flattop.
For the record I've been there twice and each time the burger (Brian and KGB) was indeed juicy and flavorful.
It looks like I just went on a bad night, and to be honest they were packed so the kitchen was no doubt making tons of burgers and letting them sit, causing them to be dry.
The burger in general was dry. I thought I was getting a Bud's Broiler burger with smoke sauce all over the place and when I opened the burger to see if there was any sauce on it, there was a tiny amount in the center of the bun.
Oh well, is what it is, but I don't plan on going out of my way to return.

That's kinda how I feel about the place. Good burger, but I really wish I could get more excited about it since I remember the food truck being awesome.

I went for a late lunch when there were maybe four tables, so I'm not sure what their excuse was for me

Their food truck sounds legendary. When was this going on? I don't recall ever seeing it.

Just gave it a shot yesterday. The burger is fine. Good buttered bread..
But it's too over priced for a stamped 4 oz patty.
Honestly, I kind of laughed that a temperature was an option on such a thin patty.. it is what it is.. a good flat grill burger. But nothing worth 10 bucks and then another 2 for fries.

I went last week and while my burger was good, it was overcooked. I asked for medium and it was well. Not sure why they ask anymore.

I can't seem to get a burger anywhere that's not cooked to a dry as a bone crisp
only way to get any color and juice is to cook it at home
freshly ground beef done in a clean grinder is perfectly safe to be served medium rare or medium

Overpass Merchant still has the best burger in my opinion. but looks like I need to give Curbside another try.
Went to Overpass Sunday for brunch... and decided on a burger instead, since it gets good reviews here. Man was I underwhelmed. Bun was good.... but patty was WAY overcooked, very dry and bland. They did not ask me how I wanted it cooked.... and served it w the tiniest little tomato. My wife's burger was the same.
I remember people saying that was Nick's burger... but man that was forgettable.

I had the Lamb I Am burger from Curbside yesterday and really enjoyed it. Their tots were also quite good.
My wife had their classic and it looked a little dry and overcooked to me. She also had a salad that she didn't like at all, it was basically that bagged pre washed spring mix with walnuts sprinkled over the top. The lettuce looked suspect to me.
I think their burgers and fries and tots are good for what they are, but I really miss their food truck days as I thought the quality was a bit better then.

while we are bitching, why can't they work more than one cashier? the line sucks.

burgers were disappointing.
Not a fan of Curbside's greasy burgers.

The Curbside food truck was a few years back, in the parking lot where Rum House is now. You didn't miss anything.

went for the first time 2 weeks ago. I have been two more times since then.
I have gotten the Naq attack twice and a regular bacon cheese burger.
I think they are the best burger in town. Even bought a jar of the pickles

Entree prices for a burger. Expensive for me.

Second week in a row I've visited, as someone gave me a gift card I needed to use.
Both times no line, one or two other people seated already and eating. First time it took 20 minutes, second time 25..Despite having more staff than customers.
First trip, I got the classic. I found the bun to be good but the patty is very small and unimpressive (hell Wendy's has a better patty).
Second trip I got the Tiger Tailgate and asked for an extra patty because I knew they are skimpy with the meat. This burger was much more flavorful as they use sausage instead of beef.
Cost was $14. For a fast food burger. With no fries. And it's not a lot of food even with the extra patty.
I'm not saying it isn't good, but it's not great enough to warrant the prices and slow wait times.
I don't get the hype.
