I bought two gallon jars to use the juice to make dill pickle boiled peanuts. I will finely chop a bunch to use as dill relish. Thinking of using some with jalapenos fir a dill pickle hot sauce. Any other ideas?

Throw them in the garbage.

I've only had them once, but deep fried pickles are pretty damn good.
Just buy stuff like zucchini, okra, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. and make a fried vegetable medley. Not good if you have cholesterol issues, but pretty damn good if in the mood.

Wasn't there a "famous" pickle pie recipe on the board at some point?
Try them in your bloody mary mix.

Even the threads about the threads have been nuked. Bunch of killjoys run this place these days.

Bob the Terrible's Pickle and Mustard Pie (page 2 of the cookbook)
-pie crust
-2 caulflowers, diced
-4 pickles, quartered
-4T butter
-4t mustard
-1oz grape jam
Combine and bake in crust at 325F for 40m.

This should be the answer for ALL the pickles, not just the excess ones.
Excess pickles shouldn't even be a thing.

They dont really go bad... why not just save them and use them as needed?

Chopped pickles and diced apples are my secret weapons in potato salad. I usually use gherkins though, which are the sweeter variety.

Run them through a juicer for more pickle juice?

I like the pickles in my pie to be at least diced, maybe minced.
Amateur pickle pie recipe.

I can't believe that is in the cookbook. Makes me wonder if the rest of the cookbook is legit.

Appears I’m your lone upvote, but still damn proud to be on your anti-pickle team.
