I filled in the last few spots in my garden over the last 2-3 weeks. Everything is flourishing so far.
5 different varieties of tomatoes; also have beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, several varieties of carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, green beans, peas.

We ate at Poche's yesterday and it was very good.
BBQ chicken and BBQ pork steak. Lots of food. Brought half of it home.
I counted about 15 people working there. Was definitely worth the stop.
We hope to try Glenda's and Gabe's on another trip.

During game 1, Tim Kurkjian and the other dude kept mispronouncing Framber’s name even though they said earlier “Framber rhymes with somber”.
My crazy trade thought of the day: Fram-ber, Presley, and Tucker plus Jake/Chas/and/or Abreu for Brian Reynolds and Skenes. ...

Thanks for all the replies.
We had narrowed it down to Gabe’s in Rayne on the way out and Poche’s on the way home.
Had to meet someone in Lake Charles and they wanted Steamboat Bill’s. Was okay. Nothing special.

We’re heading to TX Friday and are looking for a lunch spot. Breaux Bridge to Crowley.
Looking for something simple, maybe a place that serves plate lunches or poboys, homemade burgers, or even fried chicken.
Last time through we ate at Kartchner’s in Scott. Prefer to stay close to I-10.
