Santa upgraded me from a Masterbuilt electric smoker to a Traeger 780 Pro. I cannot wait for the stores to open tomorrow, to get some stuff to smoke.

What did Santa bring you?

36” blackstone, 10.5 & 12” stargazer cast iron pans, 32 cm hammered copper rondeau from E. Dehillerin, and an 11” Demeyere Atlantis pan.

Santa loaded me up.

Induction cook top, 32 quart stainless steel fryer/pot, souse vide circulator to replace my old one that is on its last leg.

I also bought myself a potato ricer and picked a 6 bottle wine chiller for my company Christmas gift.

Oversized kitchen tweezers/tongs.

Didn't know I needed it, but I think I might.

Are these the chopstick looking things I'm seeing more and more in cooking videos? If so

They’re never gonna let me stop cooking. They’re just finding new ways for me to do it. Merry Christmas, food board folks. :)

My sons’ best friend makes wooden spoons. I asked for one this year. Very unique and the way he makes the handle has very comfortable grip in multiple locations. The spoon is also at a bias and angled. Hope the pictures do it justice.
