They sprayed gunite for my neighbors pool in a thunderstorm. Collapsed on them, had to come back 2 days later and jack hammer it out and redo.

I had a roof leak a few years ago
I had the spot cut out, new Sheetrock mudded in, primed and painted whole ceiling (was in kitchen)
