It should be disclosed on either an addendum or the pencil/sales worksheet. Also, it should be disclosed online if there is an ADM.
Well that's illegal, they can't charge you for a CPO if it was advertised that way.
I work with a lot of dealer groups. There are a lot of reputable dealers out there. On the flip side, there are also some shady characters.

We sat in Grandstand T for qualifying and the race. Saw the Kardashians, Patrick Dempsey, Lindsey Vonn, Cynthia Erivo, Rose Leslie. I'll try to post a few pics. I took over 900 of them.

Got back last night. What a wild weekend! The sites, sounds, and celebrities were amazing. Definitely want to go back. Maybe not next year, but in a few years time. My wife and I stumbled upon a hidden gem called Marius Monaco (it felt like we were somewhere we weren't supposed to be), but the food was great and the scenery was better. Honestly still trying to process the whole trip.
The fact that all of these "experts" on Court TV are trying to justify murder is mind boggling.

Shocker alert, her dad is a teacher in high school. I've heard he's been put on Administrative leave after the airing of the Netflix doc.

This is who is teaching America's youth. Insane.

I'll third Dingle. Spent a week there a few years back and had the best vacation. We constantly think about going back!

Heading to Monaco for my first F1 race. Any tips or tricks from experienced pros?
Atchafalaya is always solid in my opinion. I haven't been to the new location of Tito's on St. Charles (RIP St Charles Tavern), but their old location was amazing.
I did a deep dive on this stuff years ago, so some of it is foggy. There were some land purchases from a friend a while back. Land was crap, just small barrier islands off the coast. The previous owner was a known drug smuggler, but also had influence in the state. Alex with a friend bought the land from that guy. Who knows. I definitely think he killed them, but I don't think he was by himself when he did it.
I've been following this guy's crimes since the beginning. All that land that they have and the runway on his property. I think he got in trouble with the cartel and is the fall guy. I think there was someone else with him at the kennels and possibly aided in killing his wife and son, but he'd never out them in public. That is my theory at least.
