Laffitte's are the best pickles I have had. I have only found them at Brookshire's grocery stores around shreveport, but you can buy them online.

On a burger- Mount Olive Dill Chips

With charcuterie- Maille or Trader Joes cornichons

For spears or halves Grillos or Claussen dills.

I also make half sours at home, and love pickled okra and peppers too.

My go to from the grocery store are gator pickles. I tend to favor sweet over dill.

Find them at the Farmer's Market, Maxwell's and a few other locations. Wife is obsessed with them. She also likes cornichons wrapped in turkey.

I can eat a jar in one sitting. The juice makes a hell of a martini too.

A big jar of Vlasics from Costco, when I get them home I add a tablespoon of crushed red peppers and drop in a peeled head of garlic. Close, and in about 4 days they are delicious.

I don't typically like pickles but my wife made something called bread and butter pickles and they were delicious.
