I’m a fairly avid cyclist and decided to start running about 5 weeks ago for some variety. Bought some nice shoes and a fancy watch and made a 12 week plan.
“Ran” my first 5k this morning at 32:41. Will start shedding some of the 1m walk intervals next week.

We have a pretty established generational family of squirrels that live between our yard and the neighbors on either side. There are several nest boxes in the trees that house multiple litters a year. Those assholes have buried thousands of nuts i’ve given them. They should be able to survive for at least 2 years on that alone.

After the race he talks about how he learned standing starts when he was 7. Watch him bounce the kart. Those karts will bog down on a standing starts. Bouncing the kart combats that.

Went through this in March. Still hurts, but less and less as time passes. Remember all the good times
its bad here. right around the corner some kid blasted out into the road and tboned a car last week and hauled arse before the cops showed up lol
i see Remco winning tomorrow but I also expect Tadej to do well. Top 3 should be Remco, Tadej, and maybe Ganna although Ganna hasnt looked great so far so we will see

Pretty hands off approach in these parts. Lots of places around raleigh and the surrounding area you cant really go anymore without expecting this to happen
