I'm gonna get some hate but I seasoned them well and sous vide for 2 hours at 165. I added some butter before sealing the bag. After the bath I put them in the pan to crisp the thighs up and removed them. Then I added the juices from the bag and brought to a boil, added some heavy cream and a corn starch slurry to thicken it up a bit. I threw the thighs back in and covered it in the gravy and let it simmer for a good 30-45 minutes.

Well frick half the people on F&D board. I like a nice peppery cream sauce. One of my favorite meals as a kid was chicken, rice, and gravy. And by gravy, Im talking about using Campbell's cream of mushroom as the base.

Now that Im older, I make it the right way without cheating. It's good stuff.
