Took it easy today and just grilled some tube steaks. These were Costco's all beef hot dogs. I like 'em!
One with chili, shredded cheddar and mustard and one with extra sauce and cheddar and mustard.

I was gonna grill when I got off work but the skies opened up so I guess it will be burgers from the cast iron and waffle fries. I just have to remember to take the batteries out of the smoke detectors.

Ordered pizza from a local joint. We got the Red Pepper-oni, which is exactly what it sounds like (roasted sweet red peppers and pepperoni). I added garlic and ricotta.

I brined some chicken wings over night. Smoked them for an hour or then deep fried them for a few minutes and they came out excellent, had a boudin egg roll and onion loops for a side
