Red/White Beans and rice.
For those who said BACON...I put it in my red/white beans. So I am not disagreeing.

Use to love those french bread pepperoni pizza’s that you lit up in the microwave. Use to cook that crap out of it to get it crispy.
I bring those on beach trips. I used to make homemade French bread and cure the pepperoni at the beach but those days are over.

The pork chop. Great food with a handle.

No one said Buffalo Wings? Yes, chicken wings and Steak. Steak with A1 sauce. Steak and eggs as well. Carry on.

The question wasn't quite worded as the title of this thread, but a coworker once asked me what my favorite food was. Without hesitation, I said foie gras. It's one of the single most delicious bites possible, however, should one orgasmic taste trump a staple food that I would need to eat every day?
I thought about the question and got back to my coworker that I'd changed my mind to corn.
Maque choux, roasted corn on the cob, grits, cornmeal, heck...it even is used as feed for my beloved pork.
