Crystal and Marie Sharp's are my favorites

Among the Louisiana type hot sauces, Crystal is hard to beat for flavor. I prefer it to Tabasco and Louisiana hot sauce, although I keep both of those on hand as well.
I love Sriracha on pizza and fried potatoes
Melinda's Green Sauce is good on almost everything
Cholula is great on Mexican food.

I have been buying the local brand Pop's in Krotz Springs and the Habanero at the Farmer's Market. Both have a lot more heat than the on the shelf vinegar sauces.

Louisiana and crystal are 1a and 1b for me.
Not a fan of regular tabasco at all, but their green jalapeño and chipotle sauce are pretty good though.

I like Crystal, Louisiana and Trappey's for their flavor, but none are "hot."
I like Tabasco, but only in red beans. For everything else, I prefer the others.

I like Endorphin Rush. You can buy it on Amazon.
Discovered it at Fire House Subs. Blends well with BBQ sauce for heat. Like adding it to chili and also using it on spaghetti and lasagna . Lots of heat with a good flavor.

Hot sauces need to be HOT, Crystal & Louisiana just ain't that hot. I love the heat and vinegar from Tabasco, especially on beans and po'boys. When I'm cooking I look in the cabinet, I must have a dozen hot sauces, I pick one and let it rip, Sriracha and Trader Joes Green Devil get picked a lot.

Easily Top 3. The Habanero is on point.

Crystal is the best in my opinion but a strong second is actually Old Bay's hot sauce.
