You ever use your peppers in homemade mustard.
No, never have in that way. I will pickle some, dry some for pepper flakes, make my hot sauce, make homemade pepper jelly and chop up some to put in white vinegar with a little salt added for a spicy vinegar to use on sandwiches/salads, etc.
I also give a lot of them away to some of my neighbors who can eat them and have been known to drop some off to a local guy who runs a Taqueria Food Truck.

Yellowbird
Another vote for Yellowbird. Love the habanero and serrano one. We go through a 20 oz bottle of the habanero one about every other month.
For $8, a 20 oz bottle of the habanero is a great deal imo. I just wish Amazon sold the other flavors at the same price.

I know I'm in the minority, but I like the vinegar-y taste of Tabasco. Louisiana is good. I also like Marie Sharp's.

We often try stuff new. Some we like some not some too hot some too vinergy some just weird. Our house sauce is crystal usta be Lousiana but they started using vinegar with wheat and it made wife sick. Try figuring that out. We stumbled across siracha a few years ago and wife loves it and puts it on everythig even breakfast toast with avacado. My favorite is green made with creole peppers cajun chef makes one thats hard to find so I make my own with green cayenne from out garden.
