I can remember when they made the onion rings in store, but that was decades ago, now. They don't make any of this in store, it all comes premade in plastic (someone donated Copeland's red beans to our parish men's club years ago; same thing) bags. Same had to apply to green beans and Cajun rice. My three favorite sides are all gone.

I remember the days when it was basically the only side they had and they would fill the entire two/three piece paper boat thingy they used to sell their chicken in with the rice and just put the chicken pieces on top.

I had it like 3 weeks ago. It’s was fricking terrible. I could only eat about 3 bites. Fries & red beans go hard.
