1. Wood fired or Brick oven
Or
2. Traditional oven or conveyor belt
We all eat pizza. Either at a sit down establishment or get it to go. Based on the restaurant determines how it is cooked. I'm just curious on how everyone prefers their pizza Being cooked and why.

Option 1
I think wood fired/brick oven always turns out a better crust and overall better product.

Can't say I have a preference, as long as whatever method is used is well executed.
Gun to head I'll say #1.

I love pizza, good quality pizza. I like all styles and types. If I had to pick, I would pick #1, but I like having both.

I've had some from #1 that the center doesn't cook all the way through and it turns into a soggy mess. I don't like those.

Poorly executed by the people cooking the pizza.

Pizza is my favorite food... 1 is easily the best if done right. 2 is always good.

Wood fired oven for thin crust, traditional oven for thicker crust. More important than the method of cooking is the ingredients....Bland cheese or sauce is a deal killer even if it comes out of the best wood fired oven.

1. crusts are far better

I love them all. And while I can appreciate a Neapolitan style from a wood oven, I honestly love a good ole American thin NY style slice the size of my head.

A good friend of mine's dad never ate pizza in his life. So he says.
But put me down for wood fired / brick oven. I like the thin crust and charred bottom.

My thoughts exactly. I love all pizza, with the exception of terrible chain pizza like Papa Johns.
If you find yourself in San Francisco's North Beach and you love pizza, famed piazziolo Tony Gemignani's restaurant serves pizza made in wood fired, coal oven, electric oven, and various other ways. It's a catalog of US pizza styles, all on the same menu. Grandma, sicilian, Cal-Ital, Detroit, St. Louis, and more. Check out the menu here: LINK
He's the real deal & a past winner of the official VPN pizza making competition in Naples. Last time I ate there, he was in the house, working the wood fired oven himself.

I didn't really like pizza until I had it wood fired at Dolce Vita. Bogdan made magic in that little trailer and I've never found pizza I like as much.

I also like both options. Just depends on the pizza and if it's executed well.
