Mix a stick of butter, salt, garlic powder (or fresh garlic) and onion powder.
There’s your Papa John’s garlic sauce, without the added chemicals and preservatives.
Want spicy? Add cayenne or red pepper flakes.

I wanna dip my pizza into chemicals and preservatives and I want it now.

I have never been able to replicate their sauce, as simple as it must be. Their's is smooth... now, Little Cesar's and Domino's versions will give you a week's worth of heartburn and glurples.

I really like their cheese sauce. Like I generally find any kind of packaged cheese sauce or queso to be rather gross or under whelming. But something about PJ s works for me. In fact its the only reason I order from them ever is I get a hankering for it with some garlic knots.

That is less than appetizing... the "ingredients" say butter, but also says it's synthetic. I wish I didn’t know that.

Sauces in stores that are supposed to be like the restaurant version rarely if ever taste like the real stuff. Can`t remember them all, but a few i`ve tried recently.

Popeyes Blackened Ranch

Taco Bell sauces (not the glass bottle ones)

I’ve read it’s a contract with an outside company granted the rights to use their name. It isn’t actually their product.

The Chick-fil-A sauce they sell in the squeeze bottles in grocery stores tastes the same to me.
