Looked at the ingredients and no thanks
margarine is not made with trans-fats any longer it’s not exactly good for you but neither is coca cola

It is margarine adjacent but definitely it's own thing. Delicious, pure trash used in many restaurants. We've all consumed way more of it than we'd like to know.

Lots of people still use margarine, personally I quit using it a long time ago.
But you’re right, it would likely help change the consistency to more like what people are used to.

oil, water, salt, food coloring (margarine) plus garlic powder and lecithin. You can easily replicate this at home
