Aside from the obvious ones, shrimp & grits.

My current favorite is Chimes in Covington btw.

I agree. Billy's had a period of time when they could claim to be the best but not anymore. Bourque's is probably my #1 atm

Cheeseburger and Fries

It's the best when traveling on the road really early and stop at a diner. 530am burgers are the best.

Lump crab meat; alone or atop nearly anything.

Crab cakes, au gratin, lump sauté,, on fish, on steak… you get the picture.

Kimchi- I usually start the day with two big fork fulls
Any traditional “breakfast” food- eggs, bacon, grits, etc
Pulled pork
Grilled fish
