Louisiana Smoked Sausage

I'm in Metairie but there is or was a Louisiana smoked sausage I always wanted to try but it's not sold this way. I think the closest you could get it was around Lafayette and west. Anybody have any ideas? It was sold commercially and I want to say it started with a B.

It's great, and available at several places around Monroe. I'm quite sure you can find in it in greater Nola.

Rouse's carries a lot of Rabideaux's sausages. I've seen it as far east as Covington. FTR, never seen their andouille other than in Iowa.
For smoked pork sausage, it's the gold standard (but Teets isn't far back).
