Flooded in 1989 in a basement apartment (I know, its all I could afford) on Broadway b/c a pumping station failed. Nothing changes.

La Carreta down town.. Vallarta Mexican Grill is also good. Tried Sombreros Friday and didn't care for it. Not a fan of La Fonda, some can't live without it.
