Can't wait!
We aren't. No one thought OM was gonna make a run either.

Are you Irish Dave?
quote:

With all the shite thrown at OM over the years it’s sorta cool that so many fans of other SEC schools are wishing us well. Well, except for LSU; seems like most LSU ranters want us to DIAF.

Huge LSU fan. Under normal circumstances, I never want OM to win anything. I'm mostly neutral and indifferent however it sucks knowing those dudes on the field worked their arse off and they don't deserve to be derailed by drama.
NCAA bylaw 13.1.1.4.3. on transfers
I'm not a lawyer but it seems like allowing an organization that operates under your guidelines, to write contracts that void those guidelines wouldn't make a lot of sense.

The funny thing about this is, it seems like he can play for LSU and UW will still owe his Rev share portion from ticket sales, TV , media etc. he just won't get his NIL money. LMFAO.

Also being you are a lawyer what is your opinion on this player and his head coach (state employee) being able to be represented by the same agent. If there are going to be legal proceedings how can that agent defend/represent the player against the state while also representing another employed by them with opposing interests.

I don't bash New Orleans or Louisiana. The way I live and the things I'm interested in I couldn't be anywhere better. I wouldn't live in New Orleans and rarely go there anymore. I never said I hated New Orleans. I never spoke ill of the Louisiana population.

I guess I haven't met enough of them.
We have 4 and one due in March. Wife owns her own business works one day a week makes a lil change but I think it's mostly for the social aspect. We homeschool our kids. The first problem we had with daycare was that we didn't want someone else rasing our kids. There's always those crazy abuse allegations and stories and before kids can talk you'll have no idea what goes on. We felt for us homeschool (garbage schools in our area) and her being home for the most part were the best options for us.

I'm not I just don't get it. I might be guilty of assigning the opinion of the few to the masses though.
