I very rarely eat lasagna at restaurants, but Giorlandos in Metairie does a good one.

I remembered your older thread on this same question.

I still haven't ordered it in a New Orleans restaurant. :)

Wasn't it Domenica's that was supposed to be the best single dish in America?

I'm not sure about that, but Domenica's is very, very good.

20 years ago Gio's on West Napoleon was incredible. Not sure if it still is.

Vincent's has a pretty good one.

Think they use a pork/veal blend

Did you ever get that? I don’t recall ever ordering lasagna when eating out.

I haven’t either, but a friend of mine ordered it from Domenica once while I was with him and he enjoyed it.

Now the Cannelloni at Vincents is off the charts.

I agree. The pasta is thin like a crepe. The filling and sauces are delicious. It's heaven in Italian food.

I have a finite number of dinners to enjoy in New Orleans and would probably never order a lasagne dish over local seafood. I'm sure there are some great ones out there.
