Love that place, might be the most diverse menu I’ve seen too. And they do it all well.

Oak Oven is another to add to the list

2nd Ya Ya's. I've only had breakfast, but it was excellent. I see they have daily specials and poboys. Not sure if the breakfast menu is available all day. Owner/chef worked for Frank Brigtsen's before going out on his own.

I need to try YaYa’s. I’m getting tired of Dot’s Diner.

Next to Kim Ahn. Where the original location of Smoked was.

The Italian bread crumbs are key for the crunch on that sandwich. Same piece of chicken they use for the chicken parm entree, so it's usually the size of your head.
Definitely legit!

Oak oven and smoked are great. If you want something different and amazing, get the Chicken Stew from Kim Anh's. One of my top ten dishes ever.

Tres Bon’s in River Ridge is pretty good.
I think it’s better than Smoked as far as bbq goes.

Tres Bon is pretty good. My only issue i have with him is, i think he doesn't always move a ton of volume so he has the meat sitting in hot trays full of liquid. The meat tends to be a little overly saturated if it's been sitting a while. I'd probably find a better storage method if i were him
They still do a pretty good job overall though.
Smoked was terrible the one time i tried it. Expensive as hell for what you got and it was extremely dry. Haven't been back since.
