In search of the ultimate hamburger bun

Having cookout for the 4th. Burgers and hot dogs.
Looking for opinions (everybody has one) on THE BEST buns I can buy for the ultimate burger and dog.

Back in the day when I worked at Wendy’s, Kaiser rolls. Put some melted butter on them, and lightly crust them on the grill.

Hog dog buns, rectangular split top buns. (New englander type bun) Same thing with butter above. Brush on butter, lightly crust on grill.

Dave's are really good, but expensive. I often go with the less expensive Artesano buns, which are quite good.

I'd try to find whatever buns Judice Inn uses and serve those...
