I don’t go out of my way to purposely eat healthy, but am not big on keeping snacks. When I was in my 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s I would occasionally throw a bag of Doritos or a package of Little Debbie Nutty Bars in the shopping cart, but about the only thing I buy now is Tostito chips every two months or so for queso when we do Tex Mex for a family get together. I’m not sure why I quit buying that stuff, it doesn’t taste bad, I just don’t crave it like I did when I was younger. I don’t think it is because of my age, my dad is in his 80’s and is a junk food junkie.

How much of a junk food person are you and what kind do you throw in the shopping cart every week?

From time to time, especially if I have guests coming over to watch sports and want some pretzels and hummus or chips and dip. I try not to keep them and opt for 'healthier' options so after a run or workout when I am craving something it at least fits within my diet.

The only exception is that I do occasionally (every couple months) buy junk food when my plans are to take a couple of edibles and binge out.

Work out.
Eat what you want.
Have a great physical relationship with your spouse.
Maintain your physical body.

We're all gonna die.

Have fun while you're here.

If a box of Triscuits is gonna give you the vapors, eat some kale.

Ritter Sport Dark Chocolate with Hazelnuts. One bar will last me a month.
Cheddar Cheese Chex Mix is useful for a salty hit.

Triscuits? Gross. I'd rather shove the kale in my ear.

More of a wheat thins guy myself, but Mrs Cars loves the Triscuits.

All good.

And kale in the ear is the only orifice Id put kale in

Stuff tastes like dirt.

My wife will buy Julio’s but the only snacks I eat are Greek yogurt, fruits nuts. No chips or sweets.

I will cheat and have a keto ice cream bar once a week. Has 1 gram of sugar but tastes pretty good.

Only way I’m going to keep my girlish figure .

Swore of of buying chips and snacks in 2015. However, if someone has some and I’m offered, I nibble on them. We don’t have chips and soda in the house.

I only have thin mint Oreos in mine because my teenage son will eat an entire row of them every time he's here. That's post 1# of meat, and he can't gain weight, so I'm ok with it.

Right now, pantry has baked Ruffles, White Cheddar Popcorn, Edamame, Kind Bars and Fiber One.

I go through stages of buying healthier options and going off the rails with cookies, etc. Two teenagers means we can’t be 100% junk food free, but I try to make the choices not too terrible- no Pop Tarts, Ice Cream, Oreos, etc.

Never unless people are over and I’m having salsa. I’ll eat the shite too much so I keep it out of the house. I get my fix when I visits my brothers or at lunch sometimes I’ll get a little bag with a sandwich.

My Snack List
Clausen Pickles
Lindsay Crafted Medium Pitted Green Olives in a can
Homemade Hummus
Fage Greek Yogurt with berries
Cashews
Boiled Peanuts
Popcorn

I keep all of this pretty much all the time, and usually eat a snack every evening while I’m cooking dinner. The yogurt is breakfast most days, but every once in a while I eat it as a snack too.

The more traditional stuff like chips are usually my go to on road trips / vacations.
