Not to get all FDB here but I like to put it on the grill and crisp the casing and then carmelize a light brushing of Sweet Baby Rays on the outside right at the end. Then cut into two inch pieces and go to town with fingers for a tailgate or fork if at the dinner table.

Bite it clean.

I'm not squeezing it and then putting that foreskin in my mouth.

Depends on how it's cooked.

Steamed - squeeze it out.

Grilled - eat it all.

I slowly use my tongue to tease the delicious goodness out of the casing while maintaining hard eye contact with the closest person.

EDIT: You can always tell which threads started on the OT, can't you?

Either or
Depends on how much time I have or what dish I’m using it for.
Almost always throw some on the smoker when I fire it up.

Eat it and the casing, crispy or not.

I don't bother removing the casing. I smoke or grill it depending on the occasion. Just have to pay attention because the casing is so thin.

Totally depends. If from a store where they keep it steamy, I do not eat the condom-like casing. If dry and grilled, I eat the easily cut casing.

grill to get crispy and eat... sometimes in poyboy bread or using a good remoulade dipper... or both... but always grill.

Usually grill it until crispy, but lately I've been squeezing it out and making patties for eggs benedict. Crisp it up, top with an egg and hollandaise, enjoy.

People actually go through the trouble of getting everything out of the casing before eating it?

I eat the whole thing.
