I just eat it casing and all without crisping it up

I put it in the oven and by the time the grits is cooked the sausage is ready..

If the casing is natural and crispy I eat it

If it's that rubbery fake garbage I throw it away after squeezing (giggity) the boudin out

Move the boudin to your mouth. Do not, I repeat, do not move your mouth to the boudin.
