Hats or caps in restaurants
Nice indoor place, lose the hat. Casual outdoor joint, hat is OK.

Really guys? Seriously, I think it's rude and classless. Opinions (ducks for cover)
No fricks given. I rarely wear hats as it is but I don't pay attention if others do.

You have a much more balanced opinion of the matter. Some of these other guys are coming across pretty judgmental and hand-wringy over what another grown man is wearing. I have a full head of hair for the record.

Here is the honest to God truth for me. If I see a grown man wearing a cap indoors (other than maybea Hooters, very casual sports bar, truck stop or beach veranda, etc . . .) I immediately think of them as immature or a redneck. Swear that's the truth. If you're pissed, IDGAS.

I am not pissed. I am upper middle class with kids in college. I rarely wear a hat unless I am biking, at the beach or doing yard work. You just sound like a dick. I don't know if you actually are. It's hard to tell on the internet.

My grandma would call you out for it. But she long passed. Anybody else can bite me. Unless I am at a Ruth's Chris type establishment. Or a dinner guest at a home that doesn't like it. There home? There rules. Like my grandma.

I'm a cap man. Hats are a bit trashy

I would never argue with a grandma.
I rarely wear hats ever and almost never inside (usually sports bars on gamedays). I have somehow become the spokesman and and defender of hat wearers...
I just slacken the "rules" for casual settings when I judge others.

So your classy and was raised right about hats inside but you post crap like this? Now you sound both trashy and pretentious. I don't like a lot of peoples habits but I learn to deal with it without being a douche.
Never said I don't have a potty mouth. Deal with it, or move along baldy.

GFY internet tough guy.

You rolled your eyes regarding MY house. Do what you want outside of that and I'll keep quiet yet judge you internally. In my house it's my rules....don't like it, ignore me and or frick off.....DOUCHE.
I got under your skin pretty easy. Safe to say.....eh, I'll keep it to myself. I'd hate to hurt your feelings.

This thread should be on the OT. I really don't understand this hat indoors bullshite. Just some old school shite. If you are sitting at the table next to me with a hat on I promise I won't be offended.

I am against any wearing of head covering indoors as a general rule altogether. A pass would be someone that wears a welding cap for work. At the lunch time the hair is going to look disheveled and unkempt as hell.

My way, my opinion. If you're in my house with a hat on I'll ask you to take it off
Calm down, old man...it isn't even remotely that serious.

I can imagine inviting some buddies over to BBQ or watch the game and you make take their hats off when they walk in the door. Think about how absurd that sounds.
Are people allowed to wear hats to bars or concerts?
