NIL is not the issue here. Look at the recruiting rankings and you'll find the SEC is doing just fine when it comes to recruiting players from high school. The issue is the transfer portal and how every single offseason a coach has to recruit his roster to remain with the team. That shouldn't be how that works.

If you have a rollover Ira and do a back door, you are going to have pro rata rule problems.
