My brother texted me saying he was going to be at Phil's Oyster Bar today

Where in Br would be a good spot for DDD?
I say:
Elsie’s
Phil’s (if it’s not too nice)
Louie’s (fits the Diner definition)

I am glad to hear he is a good dude. I like his shows but his appearance is a little off putting. Glad he just looks the part but actually doesn't act it.

Jody says he’s doing Phil’s and yes Iverstine was yesterday

His son is a choad. Dad gave him the keys to the castle and he’s got nothing in his bag. I mean nothing.

I used to really hate on him, then I changed my tune - apparently, when he goes to those restaurants, he pays for the food he eats. You know a lot of those influencers are asking to get paid to show up at a place, along with getting free food (Hi Mike Chen!)

I love watching DDD late at night when I cannot sleep. I ordered something from one of the restaurants visited in a recent episode.

Better get permission before you say that

He was at Elsie's yesterday, and more was filmed there today (cooking in the back, bringing food out to patrons, interviewing, etc.)

Then they must pay him to say everything is “outta bounds” good when in reality it’s not

went to Phils Oyster Bar today around noon and it was closed until dinner time. An employee told me it was due to DDD filming.

I've said it before in a thread where Guy was not getting any love, but he is genuinely nice. One of my wife's best friends has a son who has had cancer since he was 7 years old - he's 25 now, and still fighting it.
He was in the hospital a few years back and Guy was in town (Louisville, KY) and scheduled to come visit him in the hospital. Well, the kid was discharged the day before Guy got there, so Guy visited some other kids in the hospital, instead.
Guy then showed up at their house unannounced and spend the afternoon with the family. The young man's father told me that Guy was one of the most genuinely and spontaneously funny people he had ever been around. He cooked on the grill for the whole family, and hung out all afternoon.
He absolutely went way out of his way to make this kid's day, and he didn't have to.

Great story! Thanks for sharing, everything I’ve ever heard about him is positive. Cheers to Guy Fieri

His support of family restaurants is heroic. My favorite part of DDD is seeing the pride of the owners in what they have accomplished.

He introduced Bert Krisher last night at the UNO
