Burger King in the 90’s and early 2000’s had delicious chicken nuggets/tenders. I still crave them.

Grilled stuffed burritos from taco bell.

Almost everything on the old Chelsea’s Restaurant menu.

The franchise killer chicken sandwich from Wing Fingers in Lafayette

Mahoney’s on Chines Street’s happy hour burger. It was like $6, medium rare, and absolutely amazing.

Pinetta’s red sauce, the best.

Great Wall and A Taste of China buffets

The rolls at Ryan’s

The sopapilla’s at Pancho’s

The grilled chicken sandwich McDonald’s had in the early 2010’s.

Popeyes onion rings

Barq’s Floatz

Iymel’s, Marchand’s, and Val’s

Strawberry Kiwi Sierra Mist with real sugar

A seafood paella in a Costa Rican small town that I don't know the name of. Was the best seafood I've ever had. We stayed in Heredia with a friends relative, and drove to a resort in Puntarenas, It was somewhere along the way.

My maw maw made a shrimp spaghetti dish, it was nothing like traditional spaghetti, I've found a "shrimp boat spaghetti" recipe online that I need to try, it has Bisquick in it, which is intriguing because that may match the texture.

No matter how full I was, no matter if I was eating at the moment, if maw maw called the house and told me she was making shrimp spaghetti my arse hopped on my bike and went.

It is the only dish from my youth I cannot replicate close enough to feel like home.
