Speaking of Schwann’s, the beef sanchos (burritos) were awesome.

I feel like the Totinos pizzas aren’t around as much. $.99 and was a college staple.

Many of the recipes in that cookbook are different than the ones that were used in the restaurants.

Copelands makes the original Popeyes biscuits. You can ask for them hot from the oven and they are delicious with extra butter brushed on top. Best thing on the menu.

BBQ Beef poboy from Goula’s Pool Hall on Thibodaux.
BBQ sauce was memorable.
Forget the brand but they went out of business.

My grandmother's cornbread

Did she use a cast iron pan? I have my grand dad’s cast iron Griswold pan from the ‘40’s or 50’s, thing makes killer cornbread.

Still think of him every time I use it.

Original Roy Rogers before the deli beef showed up. As a kid I got to meet Roy and got an autographed picture! I watched that show every morning as a kid on channel that showed all the old b/w TV shows.
