I spent a few weeks at another of our company’s plants in Gainesville a few years ago and found a local chain of Cuban restaurants called Mi Apa. Very very good. If I ever go back to Gainesville, it will be my first stop. Highly recommend for lunch. The chicken soup and the Cuban sandwiches (a few variations) are great.

There is an authentic Mexican restaurant in Tuscaloosa called Antojitos Izcalli that makes it every Wednesday. They sell out quickly. They use oxtails (beef tails).
We knew before the game started that leavitt was questionable.

I went for the first time (only time) in 1996 and it was bad then. Someone from Mars would have left there believing white Christian people were the scourge of the earth. Native American section was all about trail of tears. WWII part was about racist posters with words like “Japs” and depictions of half-human half-rats with Japanese features.
