Exactly. Much like you, I am over asking people to got to the brewery for for me, talking to beer managers, etc. just to get 1 4 pack of ghost when I can get Envie anytime I want it.

You hit on the shrink wrap, but you can do this with cans as well. Slap that sticker on a la Tired Hands or Tree House.

Unfortunately, some breweries with canning capabilities still look down on this practice.

Thought SoPro was going to do this, but they changed their minds apparently.

They shrink wrap.

eta: or at least they were, I haven't bought a SoPro can since...well, I guess I bought a 4 pack of the 2016 IPA during Mardi Gras. Before that, I'm not sure when.

I thought those were big stickers. I have issues with peeling labels.

Use a big stick, wrap the can, whatever. They could write the name of the beer on a blank can in gold Sharpie for all I care.

Just like Trump would do if he had a brewery, oh wait, I'm sure he already does or at least knows some people that do.

Most beers arent worth all the effort. Ghost is.

You covered most downsides of canning. I'll add that there is currently a can shortage.

Commotion for me. That said, I haven't tried the new Envie recipe.

On a side note, does Parish still brew Canebrake?

there is already a bit of a push back, not towards Ghost specifically, but to the trend of the hazy, turbid IPA/DIPAs

if everyone does the same thing thing, it all kind of gets boring

eventually someone will come up with a new trend in the IPA/DIPA game and the Ghosts of the world will be left behind

its all about the trends in the craft beer world

grissettes seem to be the gose of 2016, for example

Must have been lower on the plant. The top are "sun-grown", and the middle and lower are "Connecticut shade-grown".
