Is canning more cost efficient than bottling, or vice-versa?
I know when we ragged on Ross about the session IPA bombers he made the point about the bottles being more efficient for a first batch to see how it sells. No sense in investing in a large number of cans that you aren't going to fill or sell.

A fresh Envie is tough to beat simply because of it's availability. The back room sex-trade shite you have to go through to get Ghost makes it lose some appeal to me. If I have to take off of work and go massage some douche bag's ego so he'll save me some, I'm out.

This batch of Ghost was almost exactly the same as the last. I drank them side by side Saturday and it was damn near impossible to tell them apart.

I'm no expert, but I think it depends.
Bottles will be more efficient because you can slap a label on a blank bottle. So you use the same bottles, just change the label for different beers.
For canning, I think individual cans are cheaper, but you have to order a minimum so there's a lot more upfront cost. And if you're gonna can 3 different beers, that means 3 different can designs and 300,000 cans (and a place to store them). You could obviously do the shrink wrap cans, which would allow you to buy blank cans then add the shrink wrap. Price is lowered, but the cans don't look as nice.
There's always a tradeoff.

You hit on the shrink wrap, but you can do this with cans as well. Slap that sticker on a la Tired Hands or Tree House.

Shrink wrap looks better, IMO.
