Yeah, I was being a little sarcastic.

Not much of a change at all.
Well, that’s a start I guess.

Our one feeder is getting absolutely hammered today. Saw one on it earlier and refilled with fresh juice and they’ve been non-stop ever since.

Think this is some of the premise of FAT karting leagues that’s getting started. Make kids karting leagues accessible and global and we’ll find new GOATs from around the world from various backgrounds.

and the neck is probably the one area that can't adequately be trained outside of the car. They feel the strain at the beginning of the season.

I’ve seen them do some pretty impressive neck planks and weights type stuff before that I’m sure a woman could work up to too.
Half these guys are pretty dainty looking anyway.
Gasly, Leclerc, George, Kimi and even Alonso, they’re not exactly jacked up linebacker looking dudes.

Cmon now, that’s an RB9 circa 2013 N/A V8.
That sound in a tunnel has got to be crazy.

Lambiase, 45, has been a core figure throughout Verstappen’s F1 career, working as his race engineer since his debut for Red Bull back in 2016 and through his streak of winning four straight F1 world championships between 2021 and 2024. But Lambiase will now leave Red Bull in order to take up a senior role at McLaren in the next couple of years, sources speaking on condition of anonymity to protect relationships have confirmed to The Athletic”

Congrats
Well we know the cars are overweight.

Saw some article with a quote from Toto during testing that he said they(RB) were deploying for a long time or something to that effect.
Thought their powertrain was strong.
Anytime colapinto is involved Argentinians get super crazy on social media.

They harassed/threatened Duhan? Last year a ton before he got fired and there’s an episode about it on DTS.

ETA:

The Alpine Formula 1 team has released a near-1,200-word open letter to its fans that condemns a slew of online abuse following recent crashes involving its driver Franco Colapinto, and denied claims that the team was “sabotaging” Colapinto in favour of his teammate Pierre Gasly.

WTF is up with Alpine? Just saw them release a statement about hateful speech and stuff towards their team? Did I miss something

I’m going to guess it’s something to do with the Argentinians.

Reporting that Ferrari have been granted the ADUO time to help close the 2% engine gap to Mercedes. This will only involve the ICE engine not the battery.

Hell, if Ferrari got it then damn near everyone else got it too right?

Hopefully that happens soon. I like Nico’s analysis and his prodding like that on the grid walks.

Has he stepped back or is this just a fly-away race thing right now?

That said, the two broadcasts are very different. Do they have a feed where you can watch both at the same time and swap between the audio outputs?

Are they?

I watched the race on Sunday morning Via the F1 App and just chose the English (international) audio source on the video to hear the sky sports broadcasters announcing instead of the F1 announcers.

I’m pretty sure it’s all the same video feed though.

Something got lost in the transition from Netflix to Apple. Not sure what it is but it just feels like there's a distance between the event and the viewer that wasn't there before.

??

I’m watching the same good old
Sky sports broadcast as it was on ESPN.

It’s probably a rounding error for them.
Stroll and Ocon are petty far down my list.
I don’t even know/remember why Ocon is so far down for me besides his few tangles with Gasly I guess.
Perez is pretty far down there too. Mostly for that wreck with Sainz in Baku
Yeah, I don’t know. Between the month long break, this shitty new engine formula, being aggravated for Bearman, and agreeing with Max I’m just a little negative about F1 right now.

Hope FIA fixes something soon.

I know Suzuka was boring last year too but seeing a car/team disappearing out in the front already is not good.

Great race. Three teams on the podium.

Great podium, but it’s not really all that interesting to watch Mercedes trip on their own dick at the start of the race anymore for them to just pass everyone back in the first few laps.
If George wouldn’t have been screwed by the safety car it wouldn’t even had been a good podium.

First two races the beginnings were exciting but I didn’t even slow down unloading the dishwasher or pause it to make coffee this morning.
