What is your tradition on Christmas Morning? I like to keep it simple with a can of Cinnamon Rolls, a cup of coffee and enjoy the kids opening gifts.

Usually some type of breakfast casserole

We’ve also done an upscale brunch with shrimp and grits, etc

It's the only time of year that the waffle iron gets used at my dad's house, lol. Waffles, bacon & eggs for everyone!

[edit]: Vermont maple syrup for the waffles, always.

Sausage cheese balls. Don’t know why I don’t make them any other day of the year.

This will be the first year I have breakfast on Christmas Day, weirdly. Didn't grow up doing it.

I got a can of the Cinnabon rolls, a can of some limited time "hot cocoa" rolls, eggs, and thick cut bacon.

I don’t think we have a set breakfast for Christmas, but we do eggs Benedict for Christmas eve dinner. I have no idea how that started, but my now grown kids all love it.

Yep. The sourdough starter is on my counter ready to go. We also have Benton's bacon, and coffee.

Bacon, egg, american cheese between two pieces of buttered toast with the eggs over easy. I'll eat 3 of them with 2 eggs over easy on the side. No I'm not overweight.

Oyster Patties, Smoked Salmon, and scrambled eggs. We would usually have breakfast around 10am and open gifts afterwards.

Breakfast pizza. Crescent rolls as the dough, gravy for the sauce, scrambled eggs, hasbrowns, bacon, sausage, and a lot of cheese to hold everything together.

The wife was surfing Pinterest and found a breakfast shark coochie board idea so we’re rolling with that. Mini pancakes, bacon, sausage, strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt dip.

Since it is the weekend this year, I'll do freshly made hash browns, biscuits, bacon or Jimmy Dean sausage and eggs.

Coffee is a must in the a.m. and maybe some juice or milk.

Thanks for the post. I always wanted to do some sort of a Christmas breakfast. This post has pushed me to do it. I will make a puff pastry breakfast roll.
