Christmas Eve/Christmas dinner?

What's on the menu for everyone?
We are going out on Christmas Eve like we always do. This year will be Rays on the Creek in Alpharetta of Atlanta
On Christmas morning we will do Pancakes, Sausage, scrambled eggs and Orange Julius in morning
Christmas "Dinner" will be:
Honey Baked Ham
Rice dressing
Green beans wrapped in bacon with hollandaise
Creamed spinach
Scalloped potatoes
Salad and crescent rolls

Christmas Brunch:
Flammenkuchen & Stuffed P&J Oysters
Le Petit Plateau de Fruits de Mer
Luke Burger, Slow Braised Mississippi Rabbit, or Luke Breakfast w/ either House-made fries, local veggies, Roasted Jalapeno Grits, or Rosemary Taters.
Bread Pudding, Gaeau Basqu, Steamed Chocolate, Apple Strudel, or Bourbon Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee.
Dinner: Probably Chinese food from a strip mall
Flammenkuchen & Stuffed P&J Oysters

I'm trying my hand at a Turducken from Hebert's in Maurice, for Christmas Day. It's my first attempt.

Christmas Eve: Italian sausage poboys and raising Cane's chicken fingers. I know it's weird but that's what we do.

Christmas Day: Cochon De Lait (Smoking a Whole Hog on a barrel pit my dad built), Oyster Cornbread Dressing, Roasted Turkey, Smoked Turkey Breast, Green Bean Casserole, Baked Corn, Macaroni Cheese, Italian Salad, Several Desserts

Christmas Eve - early dinner at Jubans, church, seafood gumbo at the house with wine, family and friends.
Christmas day - 9 lb prime standing rib roast, Yorkshire pudding, split pea soup, asparagus and a Ceasar salad as we need some roughage.
Other dishes that will be present include lyonnaise potatos, Mac and cheese, green bean casserole and no telling what else. I can't stop what people bring.

We have an open house for family and friends on Christmas Eve. I don't know the entire menu since multiple people are making things. I know some of the dishes.
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Baked or grilled lamb chops
Muffalattas
Grilled whole tenderloins
Smoked ham
Boiled shrimp
Mini meat pies
Roasted pecans
Something with crawfish that I can't remember
Black bean salsa
PBJ's allegedly for the children which are eaten by the adults, so extra has to be made.
Pesto, goat cheese and sundried tomato palmiers
Better Cheddar
Jalapeno Pimento Cheese with benne wafers
Love Dip
Cheeses
Something with pasta

On Christmas night, we have chicken and andouille gumbo, salad, some sort of French bread and leftover party food.

This is the only stuff I know about, I'm sure my wife knows the rest
Eve: Seafood gumbo, potato salad, and a pile of desserts at my dads house
Day: raw oysters & assorted pies (no clue what else) @ my wife's dads side
Day after: I'm cooking 2 gumbos (chicken & sausage and seafood), potato salad for my wife's moms side (I know she distributed food responsibilities to all the attendees)
Eve: Seafood gumbo, potato salad, and a pile of desserts at my dads house
Day: raw oysters & assorted pies (no clue what else) @ my wife's dads side

Christmas Morning: Homemade juice (secret recipe), Pancakes of all varieties, thick cut bacon, canadian bacon, cinnamon rolls

Normally would be seafood gumbo Christmas Eve and smoking a whole bunch of stuff Christmas Day.
Cannot travel this week due to the fact that the wife is near full term. Gonna stay home and do it easy this year. Chicken and sausage gumbo Christmas Eve using a homemade stock from some smoked chicken. Breakfast casserole Christmas morning, and having reverse seared ribeyes, butternut squash risotto, asparagus, and salad Christmas Day. Dessert will be homemade pecan pie and ice cream.
Of course lots of beer and wine as well.
I will most miss my aunt's ridiculous seafood gumbo Christmas Eve and shrimp and mirliton on Christmas Day.
