Christmas Eve we'll probably just order pizza. We're hosting half of the family Christmas day and have to get ready for that then drive almost two hours the next day to the other half of the family.

Christmas Day... Baked Ham, Roasted Red Potatoes, Smoked Mac and Cheese, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Green Bean Casserole, Jezebel Sauce, Crescent Rolls, French Silk Pie, Caramel Pie and Buckeyes. Spiked Mulled Apple Cider, Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, Soda, Wine, Coffee, and Hot Cocoa.

Ha no kids yet, but a lady and awesome in laws, a great job and probably going back for a graduate degree soon.

Lamb roast, Brussel sprouts, Mac n cheese, and a salad today I do believe (and various snacks along the way)

Prime Ribeye Rubbed with Kosher Salt, fresh cracked black pepper, garlic powder and granulated onion

Lightly smoked for 1 hour over hickory

Oven roasted at 325 to internal temp of 125

Tented for 30 minutes

Assorted sides
