Any recs on what stores around BR have best chicken wings if I’m planning to cook some at home?

Aldi all the way. Super cheap (usually $2/lb) and includes the entire wing. Typically medium/larger sized.

Sams/Costco probably. They are all cut up for you in the little 4 square packages.

rouses will have a large pack of them for usually under $2/lb, cut up into drums and wings.

I typically get them from Sams.

If you are looking for excellent quality chicken wings, then go with Bell and Evans chicken wings. I am not really that picky but I only purchase Bell and Evans chicken now because there is a real noticeable differnt in the overall quality of their chicken compared to "Rouses" "Albertson's" "etc" brand chicken. They are pricier per pound but I think they are 100% worth it in quality.

Choctaw Provision is your answer. Look them up on Facebook. Great deals on that sort of stuff.

Stop at a grocery store.
Any grocery store.
This has got to be one of the most ridiculous threads on this board.

Publix is 2x what Kroger charges. My go to are the marinated wings from Costco

Whole foods. Their split wings are awesome.

Cut up wings are on sale at Rouses right now until 11/14 for $3.99 for a 2.5 pound bag. Bell & Evans brand in the frozen meat section.
That’s $1.60 per pound with no waste since the tips are already removed and not included.

This is how we get them. Definitely a little faster than cutting tips off then cutting into flats/drums, and in that case I actually like the 4-pack because sometimes we'll only use 3/4 and leave the other sealed.

Ever in Houma? I'll sell you a 40lb case at my cost if you aren't peculiar about size.
