I think it is a very liberal definition of LGBT.
Basically, if you have ever had a same sex encounter, either one on one or as part of a group, you likely get counted as an alphabet person.

Maybe. What does LGBTQ+ encompass these days? Young white do-Gooder commies in training would somehow place themselves in this category even if they were straight as an arrow.
