Will SCOTUS kill the OSHA mandate?

If those weak bitches in robes can't take this thing on, then we know they are completely useless. Silver lining would be, we can call out the Republican talking point or scam of the need for so called "conservative judges" promoted by the Federalist Society so keep electing us!
The idea of a president without congress activating federal beurocrats to have this much power over small private businesses is so against this country's ethos, I can't even make sense how they can twist this into being Constitutional. It is beyond comprehension.
The administration state needs to be gutted, dismantled, and defunded.

Using OSHA and fully admitting that it was a work around the Constitution, in their Government texts that have been openly published….. hard to see that have any legs when fleshed out in court

Better do it quick. Going to to be too far down the rabbit hole in the next few weeks.

Given their previous ruling with the CDC and the eviction moratorium, they should. The strategy is buying time to scare as many people into getting the shot as possible. This strategy does not seem to be working.

Where is that conservative federal judge that will rule against the executive mandate? The progfilth seem to always have one on standby.

If they do, Biden will ignore it.

If you have a legit fake covid card, do you think they have a way to check against a database or would that person be safe

Should have already had an emergency injunction before the ink dried.
Seems like nothing is happening.

No, it’s wishful thinking to think so.

I think we already know they are useless

There are about 20 states that OSHA has no sayso on what that state can do to their state employees but OSHA can mandate, according to them, what can be mandated to private company employees in that state. That's pretty fricked imo.

No they won’t, but it doesn’t matter anyway.
Most companies have already put in place the mandate and are terminating as we post.
The companies will not backtrack even if SCOTUS rules it unconstitutional.

regarding the substance of this, it will be struck down 6-3 or 5-4 (depending on Roberts).
Its patently uncon in my opinion.

No. SCOTUS is wholly compromised and useless.
Don’t depend on someone or something else to power your life or make it easier.
Government will not save you from government.

They'll find in favor of this administration.
The fix is in folks. This is over and done.

Probably. I don't see how they could reconcile striking down the CDC's rent controls and not knocking down this OSHA mandate.

Not if Cuck Roberts is the deciding vote. His decisions should state “I voted this way because I am petrified of Antifa rioting.”

Should they? I think there's no question.
Will they? I am having serious doubts. They have forgotten what their job is.

They should, but probably won’t
