you can still see the difference years later that 20-30 miles makes with a storm of this intensity.

looks like theres been more left wobbles than right wobbles recently. I'm a retard though so its probably the opposite.

Have to see wait and see what the NHC goes with. As a storm moves closer to the coast and the water gets shallower, it can cause issues with the way these readings are generated.
NHC kept it at 150 mph.

Panic reaction. Human behavior runs on subconscious patterns already in place. Very little of your behavior is voluntary even though it appears that way.

I’m sorry but this is simply retarded. NEVER go into your attic during a flood. EVER. Dozens of people were killed during Katrina because of this. Get out, find a random boat to hop in. Or find some floating debris and hang on. Climb on your rooftop if possible. If floodwater has gotten so high it forces you into the attic then it’s only a matter of minutes before the attic is flooded and you drown. Odds of survival are much better outside. I never understood why people would voluntarily trap themselves in their attic.
I would rather have an axe ready to use if the option you are saying isn’t available. You are 100% right that the better option is to go outside, but if that option isn’t available, you have to figure out a way to get out. Some people can’t swim. Some people are elderly. Some people are stupid.
By telling them to get an axe, you are letting them know that going in the attic may result in them having to break through the roof.. and if they go that route, they better be prepared to do so..

Godspeed.
