I’m a cubs fan so it’s hard to say “nice job” for anything cardinals related, but nice job cards fans.

Not surprising. St. Louis is one of the most storied and knowledgeabe fanbases in the history of MLB. They, much like LSU, know and respect great baseball and great players when they see them.

I would suspect that his relationship with Livvy Dunne also has something to do with the applause.

Raised my kids in StL area and immediately we all became huge Cards fans. When the old Busch stadium was imploded, we kept our season ticket seats now prominently displayed in my outdoor kitchen. There are a lot of similarities in the highly knowledgeable and appreciative fan bases between the Cards and our Tigers.

Maybe they cheering the manager for taking him out. Seriously that is pretty cool stuff. Bravo Card's fans.

You know real baseball fans when you see it. LSU fans do the same thing but you do not see it much around other stadiums.

Really cool. Cardinals fans know baseball, they know they’re watching a future HoF player.
